Start With The Franklin Public Library

The Franklin Public Library was one of the first places where SNND Events learned what it meant to be responsible for a public program. Saumy Jani and Andrew Bairos began by volunteering as DJs, but the relationship grew across seasonal events, children's programs, cultural celebrations, and outdoor gatherings.

Each library event asked for a different approach. Indoor programs needed controlled sound that fit the space. Outdoor events needed wider coverage and more attention to weather and equipment placement. Cultural programs such as Holi and Diwali required close communication with organizers so the music and announcements supported the event properly. Children's programs needed energy without losing sight of safety and the library's wider audience.

The strongest part of the partnership is that it continued. SNND did not complete one event and move on. The team returned, adapted, and became more dependable over time. That consistency gave the founders a place to learn in real conditions while giving the library a local group it could call for support.

The library helped shape SNND's service mindset. It showed the founders that community events are built on trust, especially when the audience includes families, children, staff, and residents who may be experiencing the organization for the first time. What began as volunteer DJ work became one of the relationships that helped SNND grow into a broader event company.
