SNND began as a small DJ duo — DJ Sam and DJ Andy — shaped by repeated tax override failures, limited school funding, and a shortage of spaces for community connection. What started as a way to keep local events alive quickly became a responsibility to show up wherever community support was falling short.
As SNND Events continued to run events, consistency became the standard. Each event reinforced the importance of preparation, reliability, and care. This was especially shown in environments where resources were constrained and expectations were high.

Today, SNND is a community development organization that happens to run events, build technology, and create educational initiatives. Our work has grown beyond execution into designing systems, documenting process, and building solutions that help schools, nonprofits, and towns sustain meaningful community life over time.
